As a graduate of ICL and/or Leadership Maine, you are part of a special group that has a unique understanding of leadership and the tools to affect change.  Your actions, commitment and passion are making a difference in the lives of individuals, in businesses, organizations and entire communities. Thank you!

Your support will ensure MDF can support leaders in this critical time for our state and nation through our virtual slate of programs, Lead Now. Contributions will also ensure our premier programs, Leadership Maine and ICL (Institute for Civic Leadership), remain accessible to all leaders when we (hopefully) resume in-person, cohort programs in the second half of 2021.

These contributions enable MDF to be a trusted thought partner, convener and catalyst during the ongoing pandemic and work to drive inclusive and sustainable growth for all Mainers.
