MDF offers a wide variety of programming, events and resources to help the 2000+ alumni of our Leadership Maine and ICL programs to network, connect with each other, enhance their careers, and continue to make a positive impact on Maine as a whole. For more information contact Kathy Shannon.

We look forward to seeing you at our regular slate of professional development workshops, including Leadership in Action Breakfasts, the graduation ceremonies for ICL’s Fort Class and Leadership Maine’s Flagstaff Class, as well as our annual Light Up Leadership Holiday Gathering.

Alumni Service Projects
Get involved! Join ongoing alumni volunteering, mentoring and community service efforts.
Elizabeth and Spike Enck, a daughter and father who graduated from Leadership Maine 18 years apart, share why alumni describe our programs as life-changing and how they continue to incorporate the skills they learn every day in their careers and communities, and work with other alums to make collective, continuing impact.
