Lead Now – Leading Through Uncertainty

Leading Through Uncertainty is an online, highly interactive learning journey designed to help leaders navigate the complexity of problem solving and decision making during increasingly uncertain times. The program is cohort-based and will meet 8 times over seven months in 3 hour sessions. Light pre-work (readings and videos) will reduce presentation time and increase group interaction during each session. Participants learn through sharing experiences, picking up new skills and models, and practicing new concepts together. Maximum cohort size is 40. Learning modules include: Social/Emotional Intelligence, Navigating Differences, Models for Thinking (Where to Start, Creativity & Systems), Adaptive Change, Building Teams (for tough times), Collaboration, Resilience, and Vision (in the fog). Cohort members will be surveyed prior to the first session to assess desired learning and final curriculum.

~ MDF will use the Governor’s guidelines to ensure the safe delivery of our programs. This includes masks, distancing, testing, vaccinations, date changes, virtual sessions if necessary, cancellations, and other strategies as guidance related to COVID19 is adjusted to match pandemic indicators.
~ If you sign up and pay for a session, series or cohort and must withdraw because of COVID19’s impact on you, your family, or your business, you can choose to pay it forward to future programs or request a pro-rated refund for missed programming.
