Advancing Equity is under development. As an organization focused on economic development – with a commitment to diversity, inclusion and equity – we play a role in ensuring that all Mainers prosper and that the systems that support economic development are equitable. MDF is working with community partners to further define our role and that of our leadership programs in providing the learning opportunities and experiences that help Mainers understand and work through the differences that divide us.
