David Pease of Bangor Savings Bank will introduce his MAGNET concept to describe what employees, especially millennials, are seeking from their work.

Ian Dorsey, CEO & President of Mast Landing Brewing Co; Andrew Geaghan, Head Brewer and Owner of Geaghan Bros Brewing Company;and Luke Livingston, Founder, Owner & President of Baxter Brewing Company will discuss co-creation, collaboration, and competition in their industry.

In the afternoon attendees will participate in a World Cafe Model activity, where questions will be posed in small groups, answers will be collected and reported on, leaving attendees with actionable items to bring into their own workplace.
