Come in your comfy clothes and join us for a morning of re-energizing and peer support. A panel of mental health experts will share no-and-low cost approaches, techniques, and best practices for self care and employee support as we continue to navigate the hybrid work world, uncertainty, and new opportunities that the seismic shifts of the last three years present. We will then do workshop-style breakout sessions in smaller groups to see how we each can apply these best practices and approaches in our own organizations and communities.
Our speakers are:
Jennifer Thompson, Executive Director, NAMI Maine (National Alliance on Mental Illness), who brings over 25 years of experience in nonprofit management, business development, fundraising, and leadership with a focus on marginalized communities and health equity.
Amanda McKenzie, Wellness Program Manager, Community Health Options, who brings two decades of experience as an innovative and collaborative health care professional focused on improvements in the wellbeing of individuals, organizations and communities.
