Join our interactive, forthright, and solutions-oriented panel discussion of the workplace environment in the #Metoo era. We will also provide workshops on core skills for responding to allegations of harassment and discrimination, plus tools and resources for building an equitable, safe workplace culture.

Panelists/Workshop Facilitators:

• Betsy Peters, co-founder of #MaineCanDo, an organization launched in response to the #Metoo movement. Betsy will present the findings of the first statewide survey on the issues at the heart of #Metoo. This data will help inform the panel discussion and the best practices we identify together.
