Join us for a day of reconnecting, re-energizing, and renewing leadership skills to help us all continue to meet the moment. We will re-commit through Outward Bound-style activities, facilitated conversations, and workshops aimed at processing all we have been through during the last few turbulent years, re-energizing those ICL & Leadership Maine skills, and honing new ones. By the close of day, we hope you feel well equipped to lead in this brave new world.

| 10am: | Outdoor Activity — Release & Rejuvenate: What can we release from the trials and demands of leading through the last few years? What can we rejuvenate/strengthen as we lead in a whole new world? |
| Noon: | Lunch |
| 1pm: | Writing/Small Group Discussion Activity: What has been your experience these past three years caring for yourself and others? |
| 2pm: | Outdoor Activity – Being on Belay for Self and Others: Outward Bound-style activity |
| 3pm: | Free time – network, swim, canoe, laugh |
| 4pm: | Activity: Stop, Start, Continue: Reflect on the day’s learnings and consider what personal or professional practices you want to stop, start, or continue. |
| 5:30pm: | Break |
| 6-8pm: | Dinner, social time, BONFIRE! |
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner on October 27 are included in the ticket price. Staying at Ferry Beach on October 26 (the night before the event) and/or October 27 (the night of), dinner on October 26, and breakfast on October 28 are possible but must be reserved and purchased through Ferry Beach.
