11:30am – 12:00pm Arrive, check in, connect with classmates

12:00 – 1:00pm Lunch

1:00 – 2:00pm Outdoor Activity – Connecting Across Classes: We will form two circles, rotating in opposite directions every 5 minutes. Each time we stop, you will share with the person facing you the key Pearl of Wisdom from your days in ICL or LM, and how it has served you over the years. Outward Bound-style activity.

2:00 – 3:00pm Writing Activity – Leading in a Brave New Hybrid World: How have you been on belay for yourself during the past four turbulent years? How have you been on belay for others?

3:00 – 4:00pm Activity – Start, Stop, Continue: Reflect on what you have learned over the years as an individual and a leader. What is helping you lead through seismic change that is causing us to see the world in new ways? What personal and/or professional practices do you want to start, stop, or continue moving forward?

4:00 – 5:00pm Outdoor Activity – On Belay for Self and Others: Using systems thinking and a team approach we will practice collectively lifting up leaders and, in turn, Maine. Outward Bound-style activity.

5:00 – 5:30pm Wrap-up and transition to evening events

5:30 – 6:30pm Cocktail hour

6:30 – 8:30pm Banquet
