The Employer Best Practices Directory was published by the Maine Compact for Higher Education in early 2007.  It documents 22 examples of employer ‘best practices’ around the state. This is an initial directory. The Maine Employers’ Initiative intends to support the Maine Compact for Higher Education in the effort to document employer best practices on a larger scale.
