Saco Spirit Downtown Director

 

Saco Spirit is seeking a dynamic Downtown Director to lead efforts to enhance Saco’s downtown. Saco Spirit employs the National Main Street program’s four-point approach. The Director works with a Board of Directors to manage and develop this small non-profit volunteer organization. The Director coordinates many projects, from promotional activities, to recruiting retailers, to finding resources for development efforts.

 

The successful candidate will be a motivated, highly organized self-starter with leadership, communication, volunteer recruitment and management skills. Total compensation range, including salary and benefits, is $35,000 to $40,000, for a 35 hour week, with two weeks vacation.
